Beaches
Preston Beach
Located in the Peel region, approximately an hour and a half from Perth. A peaceful coastline where the boys could wander and swim freely without any cares in the world.
Lowlands Beach
This is our absolute favourite beach in WA! Dare we say one of the best in Australia? It feels like you're on a deserted island where you own the whole space. Located 35km west of Albany. From Perth, it's close to a five hour drive, so worth checking out on a long weekend away.
Buffalo Beach
We stumbled across this beach on one of our adventures, when we were searching for Leschenault Peninsula Conservation. Located one and half hours from Perth. The pristine yellow sand goes on for miles!
Amberton Beach
Yanchep Dog Beach
These two places, in our opinion, are perfect locations to visit together, both are well
worth a visit!
Amberton Beach in Eglinton is approx. 44 mins north of Perth. The
estate is a newly built beachside suburb that goes right along the foreshore. There
was an epic lighthouse playground that the whole family could enjoy while taking the
pups for a walk. We loved the lighthouse playground and walking along the
foreshore’s path.
After a play, you can take your pups with you for lunch at The Amberton Beach Bar &
Kitchen, which overlooks the beach. Or, if you prefer grab a takeaway coffee and
keep enjoying the view.
A short drive down the road from Amberton Beach is Yanchep Dog Beach. Due to the
location outside of Perth, it's a great beach for the pups to roam and play in the sand.
